These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the lyfe.ninja website, BlkSeal, related signing and verification services, developer APIs, authentication services, and any related features or services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, access tokens, workspaces, applications, and any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account, credentials, API keys, or access tokens have been lost, stolen, compromised, or used without authorization.

2. Use of the Service

The Service may allow users to create accounts, authenticate users, manage workspaces, create and manage signing authority, sign digital content, verify digital signatures, revoke or inspect signing authority, and use related security or developer functionality.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the content, data, files, media, URLs, hashes, signatures, metadata, applications, systems, and workflows that you submit to, generate with, verify through, or distribute using the Service.

Unless we separately agree in writing, you must not submit, upload, sign, verify, or otherwise process highly sensitive or regulated information through the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, protected health information, payment card data, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, Social Security numbers, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation data, children’s data, or other information subject to heightened legal, regulatory, or contractual protection.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also impose, modify, or enforce usage limits, rate limits, storage limits, verification limits, signing limits, or other technical restrictions to protect the Service, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, or maintain reliability.

3. BlkSeal Signing and Verification

BlkSeal is designed to help users and applications create, manage, and verify digital signatures, content integrity records, revocation status, and related metadata. BlkSeal may be used with text, files, media, hashes, URLs, application outputs, API workflows, browser verification tools, or other supported content types.

You understand that signing or verifying content with BlkSeal does not by itself prove that the content is true, lawful, safe, complete, accurate, endorsed by any third party, or suitable for any specific purpose. A successful verification generally means that the submitted content or hash matched the applicable signature and verification data available to the Service at the time of verification.

You are responsible for deciding whether BlkSeal is appropriate for your use case, including any legal, regulatory, security, evidentiary, compliance, audit, or business requirements that may apply to you. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will satisfy any law, regulation, industry standard, platform rule, contractual obligation, or evidentiary requirement.

You agree not to use the Service to misrepresent the origin, authorship, approval, integrity, verification status, or trustworthiness of any content, application, system, or communication.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, workspaces, systems, APIs, infrastructure, or data.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, overload, scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as expressly authorized by us in writing.
  • Bypass, disable, evade, or interfere with authentication, authorization, security controls, rate limits, plan limits, usage limits, billing controls, or abuse-prevention systems.
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, harmful code, phishing content, spam, or other malicious material.
  • Use signatures, verification results, badges, APIs, or related metadata in a misleading way.
  • Impersonate another person, company, application, service, authority, or source of content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, scrape, resell, or misuse the Service except as allowed by applicable law or expressly authorized by us.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, or used the Service in a way that may cause legal, security, operational, or reputational harm.

5. Account Verification and SMS Communication

As part of account creation, login, password reset, account recovery, or other security-related workflows, you may be required to verify your identity using a one-time passcode or other verification method sent by SMS, email, or another supported channel.

By creating an account or enabling phone-based verification, you consent to receive SMS messages from lyfe.ninja for purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Account creation and verification
  • Login authentication
  • Password resets
  • Account recovery
  • Additional security verification

Message and data rates may apply. lyfe.ninja does NOT use these messages for marketing purposes. You can stop receiving messages related to your account by deleting your account, disabling phone-based verification where available, or contacting support.

6. Security, Monitoring, and Abuse Prevention

We may monitor IP addresses, device information, browser information, login activity, API activity, usage patterns, request metadata, and other technical information to detect, prevent, and respond to suspicious activity, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, service misuse, and security incidents.

We may use first-party cookies, session identifiers, device identifiers, rate limits, logs, and other security tools to help secure accounts, protect the Service, enforce usage limits, and improve reliability.

We may restrict, block, suspend, or terminate access if suspicious activity is detected or if we believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Paid Plans, Billing, and Subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges, including recurring subscription charges, taxes, and fees, using the payment method you provide through Stripe.

We do not store full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or payment credentials on our servers. Stripe may provide us with limited billing-related information, such as customer identifiers, subscription status, invoice status, billing email, tax-related information, and payment status.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, all fees are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, recurring charges, taxes, and other amounts paid for access to the Service.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with your use of the Service.

You may cancel or manage a paid subscription through the billing tools we make available, such as a Stripe-hosted billing portal, or by contacting support. If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to have access to paid features until the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated or required by law.

8. Developer APIs, Keys, and Integrations

If you use developer APIs, SDKs, browser tools, access tokens, API keys, OAuth applications, or other integrations, you are responsible for securing them and using them only as authorized.

You may not share, expose, sell, sublicense, or misuse API keys, access tokens, client secrets, or other credentials. You are responsible for activity performed using credentials associated with your account, workspace, or application.

We may rotate, revoke, limit, suspend, or disable credentials, applications, tokens, leases, signing authority, or API access if needed to protect the Service, respond to a security concern, enforce plan limits, or address suspected misuse.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may include links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services, such as payment processors, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, communications providers, or other service providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies from those third parties.

10. Ownership and Feedback

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including our software, technology, APIs, documentation, designs, trademarks, logos, models, systems, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or any lyfe.ninja intellectual property.

You retain any rights you have in content, data, files, media, applications, or materials you submit to the Service. You grant us the limited right to process that material as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, support, and improve the Service.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of vulnerabilities, or available at all times.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, security, or suitability of any content, verification result, signature result, revocation status, integration, documentation, or output from the Service for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for independently evaluating and validating whether the Service, any verification result, and any signature-related workflow are appropriate for your intended use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lyfe.ninja llc and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless lyfe.ninja llc and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Service, your content or integrations, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement or misuse of another party’s rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, failed to pay applicable fees, exceeded plan limits, or used the Service in a way that may cause legal, security, operational, or reputational harm.

Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including provisions related to ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
